This role is responsible for managing, developing and implementing division wide information systems and services. Developing division IT strategic and tactical plans in accordance with management expectations and needs, incorporate enterprise systems solutions, and align with Corporate IT directions and goals.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Lead division IT strategy, planning, and daily operations to support business goals.
- Oversee hardware lifecycle management, including justification, configuration, deployment, maintenance, and help desk support.
- Partner with business leaders and Corporate Enterprise Systems teams to identify, source, and implement technology solutions across key business functions.
- Develop and manage annual IT plans, budgets, forecasts, infrastructure, and application support resources.
- Direct the implementation, maintenance, and performance of IT systems and services to ensure reliability, efficiency, and user satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with Corporate IT standards, policies, processes, and long-term system maintainability requirements.
- Provide IT support, consulting, training, and clear communication of project status and service performance to functional teams.
- Recruit, develop, and lead IT staff to deliver effective, high-quality technology services.
We are looking for talent with:
Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field required. Master's degree is preferred.
10-15 years of progressive IT experience including significant leadership experience managing teams, developing talent, and supporting business-critical systems. Experience in hardware and software management within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including supply chain, production, procurement, inventory, finance, and customer service.
Experience leading change management, training, and cross-functional alignment for large system implementations.
Experience with data migration, master data, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.
Proven experience leading SAP or ERP implementations in manufacturing environments preferred.
SAP S/4HANA
deployment experience strongly preferred.
Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify business needs and recommend effective technology solutions.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization. Parker Hannifin
