•$66.39 Job Description This position serves as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and provides strategic leadership, direction, and oversight for all Information Technology operations across a multi-campus community and technical college system consisting of two campuses and multiple remote locations. The position is responsible for the planning, development, implementation, security, and continuous improvement of the College's Information Technology infrastructure and services and ensures that technology resources effectively support the mission, vision and strategic goals. This position provides leadership, communication, and customer service in all areas of computing, networks, cybersecurity, telecommunications, distance learning technologies, and services to support the college community. Customer Service Provide college-wide leadership and operational management of all aspects of Information Technology Services Lead and supervise college-wide Information Technology staff Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Administration Project Management Other Duties as

•66.39 USD Hourly Minimum Qualifications Five (5) years of experience in technology practices, such as system administration, cybersecurity, infrastructure, network or related Information Technology field. A Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field from an accredited institution may substitute for one year of experience; Associate's degree may substitute for six months of experience. Previous supervisory, lead worker, or leadership experience. Knowledge of information technology principles, practices, and methodologies, including the ability to analyze business requirements and develop solutions that meet needs while maintaining a secure and stable environment. Knowledge of technology infrastructure including servers, storage, switches, virtualization, networking equipment and related technologies to support institutional operations and computing environments. Skilled in project management and strategic planning, with ability to develop and implement technology plans for infrastructure, classroom and business applications. Customer service skills sufficient to actively listen and understand customer needs and provide accurate information and appropriate alternatives in a timely, thorough, courteous, respectful, and professional manner. Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills in both Information Technology and personnel areas Preferred Qualification A Master's degree in Information Technology or related field. Experience working in higher education. Experience administering higher education CRM platforms. Experience with Zoom telecommunication systems. Experience with best practices implementing & maintaining the

NIST 800-171
