IT Manager/Senior IT Generalist

Overview We are a growing, family-owned manufacturing company with approximately 50 employees seeking a hands-on IT professional. This role is ideal for someone practical, service-oriented, and comfortable being a one-person IT department with outside vendor support. Responsibilities Support office PCs and shop-floor tablets. Maintain Windows servers, backups, and user access. Support our cloud-based ERP system (vendor-supported). Manage Microsoft 365, basic networking, and security hygiene. Coordinate vendors, licenses, and hardware purchases. Document systems and procedures. Qualifications Strong Windows desktop and server experience. Comfortable supporting non-technical users. Previous experience in small or mid-sized environment Practical approach to IT and budgeting. Clear communicator, calm under pressure. ERP or manufacturing experience. Virtualization or backup experience. Proficient in writing, speaking and reading in English. This position is on site at Maple Grove, MN location!
