The Director, Information Technology (IT) Business Operations is responsible for upholding the profitability and values of the IT organization by leading business operations across Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH). Duties include but are not limited to consulting with senior leadership personnel to determine business goals or initiatives, visiting with directors or department managers to relay information about company needs, and reviewing operational data to make inferences about division success.
Qualifications:
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Bachelor's in business administration and/or other related fields. Minimum of 10 or more years of managerial experience. Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills. Proven strategic planning, contract management, and budgeting experience. Demonstrated experience setting, monitoring, and meeting quarterly and annual goals. Experience building and scaling teams and systems. Problem-solving skills. An entrepreneurial spirit. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office platforms
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
Master's degree in business administration and the healthcare industry. Minimum of 15 or more years of managerial experience.
Licenses and Certifications Preferred:
