$130,000 - $150,000 base salary + Short-Term and Long-Term Incentive Plans Lead Technology Operations for a Complex Industrial Environment We are seeking an experienced Manager, Digital Technology to lead site technology operations for a large-scale industrial organization. This role is ideal for a technology leader who combines strong infrastructure expertise, operational excellence, and team leadership experience within mining, heavy industry, manufacturing, energy, or similarly complex environments. As the senior technology leader for the site, you will oversee local IT operations, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity compliance, and end-user services while partnering closely with regional and enterprise technology teams. You will play a critical role in driving digital transformation initiatives, ensuring reliable technology service delivery, and aligning technology investments with business objectives. What You'll Do Technology Leadership & Operations Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Digital Technology professionals and contractors. Ensure reliable delivery of technology services and achievement of established service level agreements (SLAs). Drive implementation of infrastructure and application roadmaps, including cloud technologies, collaboration platforms, and virtual desktop solutions. Support site-wide technology operations, including infrastructure, networks, systems, and business-critical applications. Continuously improve service delivery, operational performance, and user experience. Strategic Planning, Budget & Risk Management Manage site technology budgets, forecasts, and financial planning activities. Lead technology resilience, business continuity, and disaster recovery programs. Identify and mitigate operational and cybersecurity risks. Ensure compliance with SOX requirements, software licensing, audit standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. Coordinate deployment of new technologies and drive IT/OT alignment initiatives. Business Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships with operational leaders and key business stakeholders. Serve as the primary technology advisor for the site. Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on business needs and operational feedback. Track and communicate key technology performance metrics. Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and organizational technology standards. Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance Promote a strong culture of safety, compliance, and environmental responsibility. Support investigations, reporting, and corrective action plans related to environmental and operational events. Lead team discussions focused on process improvement and compliance excellence. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Digital Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of technology experience supporting mining, manufacturing, energy, heavy industrial, or operational technology environments. 5+ years of experience leading technology teams in a management or supervisory capacity. Proven experience managing enterprise infrastructure, technology operations, and business-critical applications. Strong English communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels. Technical Expertise Strong background in IT infrastructure including servers, networking, systems administration, and enterprise applications. Experience supporting operational technology (OT), industrial automation, or control system environments. Working knowledge of ITIL frameworks and project management methodologies. Demonstrated success in strategic planning, budgeting, operational execution, and vendor management. Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, operational stakeholders, and technical teams. Why Join Us?
