As the Director of Signal Integrity (SI), you will lead a globally distributed team of SI/PI engineers responsible for ensuring robust signal and power integrity across advanced electronic designs. This role requires a strategic leader who can balance technical depth with organizational leadership, driving innovation and operational excellence in high-speed design environments. You will oversee the development, analysis, and optimization of SI/PI performance for complex systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver solutions that meet stringent performance and reliability requirements. Your leadership will shape design methodologies, influence technology roadmaps, and ensure alignment with business objectives.Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy Lead and manage a worldwide team of SI/PI engineers, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
