Team Leadership:
Lead, mentr, and inspire a team f building level technlgy desktp supprt specialists. Prvide guidance, caching, and suggest develpment pprtunities t enhance the team's perf rmance.
Team Management:
Track and maintain technlgy desktp supprt specialist attendance, hurs wrked, punctuality, wrklads, assignment lcatins, and prvide staff evaluati ns mid-year and annually.
Manage Helpdesk Ticketing System:
prvide system cnfiguratin and daily management f the helpdesk ticketing system fr respnding t, assigning, tracking, and clsing help request t assigned t appr priate technical staff.
Device Inventry Management:
Develp and maintain a system f device inventry management by schl building lcatin, device type / mdel, serial number, persn device is assigned t, date f purchase, warranty cverage term, and wrking cnditi n.
Service Desk peratins:
versee the day-t-day peratins f the IT helpdesk, ensuring that end-user requests are handled efficiently, with a fcus n reslutin time and user satisfacti n.
Prcess Imprvement:

Device Incident and Prblem Management:
