Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager to oversee and coordinate the maintenance, troubleshooting, and layout of steam and chilled water systems across various commercial and industrial settings. Duties Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of steam and chilled water systems, ranging from small light commercial equipment to large industrial-scale systems. Develop and review system layouts to optimize performance and compliance with safety standards. Lead and delegate responsibilities to team members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently while emphasizing safety protocols. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and implement repairs or upgrades. Maintain detailed documentation of system conditions, repairs, and maintenance activities. Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and industry best practices. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to staff members to foster skill development. Communicate effectively with employees, clients, and vendors to facilitate smooth operations and project execution. Requirements Proven experience in managing HVAC systems with a focus on steam and chilled water applications. Strong understanding of system layout design, troubleshooting techniques, and operational principles for both small commercial equipment and larger industrial systems. Ability to delegate responsibilities effectively while maintaining oversight of safety procedures. Above-average communication skills for interacting with employees, clients, and other stakeholders. Pay:

$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
