The Opportunity with Solvus Global Is… Dynamic, Engaging, Cross-Disciplinary, Cutting-Edge, Flexible, EMPOWERING We are seeking an IT System & Infrastructure Manager to take complete technical ownership of our IT environment, cloud architecture, and cybersecurity posture. Familiar with and/or experience in leveraging AI technologies to enhance the automation of business operations. Reporting to the Business Operations Lead and partnering closely with our Software Engineering Director, this hands-on role bridges high-level system design with daily technical execution. In your first 90 days, you will audit and optimize our core infrastructure while driving AI and process automation initiatives to streamline internal workflows across engineering and operations. Additionally, you will directly manage and mentor our IT Administrator, serve as the Tier 2/3 escalation point for complex technical. Required Attributes & Skills Must be a US Person according to
FAR22 CFR 120.15.
5+ years of progressive hands-on experience in systems administration, network engineering, cloud infrastructure, or cybersecurity engineering. Proven ability to implement automation solutions, custom scripts, APIs, Power Automate, and AI productivity tools to streamline manual operational tasks. Experience managing Microsoft 365 administration, identity and access management (IAM), Windows server environments, and core network architecture. Demonstrated track record of directly managing, mentoring, or elevating junior IT personnel to foster independent problem-solving. Strong hands-on troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills across complex enterprise networks, endpoints, and cloud systems. Proven experience planning and executing IT projects from scoping through implementation and documentation. Advantageous Attributes & Skills Experience implementing or maintaining CMMC and
NIST SP 800-171
compliance standards within a defense, aerospace, or government-contracting environment. Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 GCC High, Microsoft Sentinel, CrowdStrike endpoints, SonicWall firewalls, or Aruba networking gear. Experience deploying enterprise AI platforms, private AI models, or establishing data-governance controls for sensitive company data. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline.

Pay Range:
$110,000 to $140,000

This salary range is a good-faith estimate, and the final offer will be based on a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, skills, and our internal equity analysis.
