Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives across software, network, and operations domains. This role is responsible for driving programs from concept through delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks and budgets, and ensuring high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, technical expertise (APIs, cloud, SDLC), and stakeholder management skills to deliver scalable and reliable solutions within a telecom/broadband environment.Key Responsibilities:
Lead multiple large-scale technology projects, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and resources end-to-end. Define technical strategy and roadmaps; align solutions with business objectives (APIs, UCaaS, DOCSIS/Fiber). Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to drive execution and delivery. Improve SDLC processes, operational maturity, and delivery frameworks (e.g., playbooks, best practices). Manage stakeholder communication, provide regular updates, and resolve risks/issues proactively. Provide technical oversight to ensure secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions. Monitor and maintain operational health, including SLOs and incident management for critical systems.Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in project/program management. 3+ years in leadership roles within telecom, software, or related technology domains. Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and IAM. Experience working with broadband technologies (e.g., DOCSIS, Fiber) is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. PMP certification is a plus.Similar remote jobs
