Available Help for . Facilitate a secure transition to Industry 4.0. by supporting the implementation of innovative industrial data solutions using state-of-the-art technology to support Kongsberg Maritimes operations as a provider of equipment, associated hardware, software and services to the marine industry. Conduct technical pre-sales studies for vessel-related projects and utilize knowledge of vessel data digitalization and vessel data acquisition and visualization systems to support the installation and configuration of software and hardware solutions developed for our customers and utilized on board their vessels. Work in close cooperation with our customers, participate in client technical meetings and have close contact with key technical stakeholders for the operating fleet, to ensure excellent customer experience with digital solutions. Facilitate communication on support cases involving digital support platforms and cross-functional technical teams. Understand customers operational needs in connection to Digital solutions and raise leads to the correct stakeholders within the organization. Handle core cloud services, digital solutions and open digital ecosystem. Support lessons learned and share the learning within the team and the organization.

MINIMUM EDUCATION

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Electronics and Automation or related field of study.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

Five (5) years experience in developing dashboards for vessel data digitalization, conducting technical pre-studies for vessel-related projects, and participating in technical meetings with clients including five (5) years of experience with cloud solutions and Microsoft Azure and in designing and implementing vessel data acquisition and visualization systems using industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, NMEA, OPC-UA) and dashboard platforms (e.g., Power BI, Grafana, or similar) to enable real-time monitoring and decision-making support for maritime operations.
