NAVAL COMPUTER AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS AREA MASTER STATION
(NCTAMS). You will supervise all messaging systems installed

(N31 Division). You will handle overall operions, configurions, troubleshooting, and restoral of systems and subsystems. You will supervise civilian personnel. You will identify and respond to fault conditions which include restoral and mitigion actions as approprie. You will review hardware stus, software applicions, and virtual environment system logs, standard operion procedures, and associed maintenance documents for lessons learned and trend analysis. You will ensure all systems are routinely scanned, pched, and results reported to ensure the highest ste of cybersecurity readiness. You will analyze messaging processing failures and assist in identifying errors, testing solutions, and collaboring with NC3 program of records (PORs) for emergent support to correct discrepancies. You will approve, develop and maintain Standard Operion Procedures (SOPs) and ensure training pipelines and Job Qualificion Requirements (JQRs) are current. You will serve as a Subject Mter Expert (SME) and recommend operor and system administrion process improvement as well as provide feedback to the POR for future changes to systems and required training.
