Role:

Manage all infrastructure aspects for the Americas agencies. Serve as the senior technician in the region.

Major areas of responsibility:

Responsible for IT Infrastructure and support of all countries in America region

Main Tasks:

Develop requirements, outlines, budgets, and schedules for information technology projects/Maintenance Oversee all phases of project from conception to completion. Manages all support routines. Manage Region IT Security policy Manage team of consultants, Technicians, developers, and analysts. Ensure training and up to date knowledge is maintained with team. Review working processes and consult. Requirements:
