Job Description

JSG is seeking multiple Jr. to mid-level Technical Business Analyst II/ IT Project Managers with a BA background for a remote, direct hire position for our growing client. The preferred candidate was previously a Business Analyst with a focus on software technologies. Technical Business Analyst II/ IT Project Manager will lead and coordinate complex technology projects from initiation through delivery. The TPM will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, QA, and business stakeholders to define project scopes, manage timelines, resolve issues, and ensure successful outcomes. This role requires both technical knowledge and strong project management expertise. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and manage technical projects across the full software development lifecycle Work with engineering and product teams to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Track project performance using KPIs and project management tools Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation. Minimum Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in technical project management or a similar role. Strong understanding of software development processes, cloud platforms, and IT systems. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Asana). Waterfall & Agile methodologies Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
Salary range:
