• + Lead project planning for mid-sized projects; oversee execution and resolve moderate issues + Own risk assessments and deliverable tracking for assigned projects; resolve complex issues independently + Facilitate design reviews and resolve technical challenges collaboratively + Develop comprehensive project documentation; proactively adjust schedules as needed + Lead risk identification efforts; execute complex mitigation plans + Optimize project management tool usage for team efficiency; train others on advanced features + Lead resource planning for medium projects; resolve allocation conflicts •Requirements•+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience + Knowledge of electronic systems: boards, mechanical parts, cables, software + Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Detail-oriented with good organizational skills + Team-oriented work style + 6-10 years experience in technical project management or related field + Leads complex, multi-team projects independently + Develops and executes strategic project initiatives + Manages critical supplier/vendor relationships + Drives cross-functional process improvements + Leads risk management and mitigation strategies + Influences department-level decisions and strategies + Advanced experience with project management methodologies + Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects + Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills + Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities + Experience with budget management and resource allocation •Benefits•The starting pay range for this position is $112,000 - $127,000 per year however, the base pay offered may vary depending on the level of the position, skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
