Job Description A leading, rapidly modernizing third-party logistics firm in Southern California is seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Program Manager to drive program, project, and systems delivery across their enterprise applications and serve as the trusted customer-facing point of contact for onboarding and implementation. This is a full-time, permanent position based at the company's City of Industry headquarters (onsite and hybrid; not remote) and reporting directly to the executive team. In this visible, autonomous role, you will coordinate intake, prioritization, and delivery of complex projects across packaged software-spanning WMS, ERP, EDI, billing, IT service management, and a data platform-working with both internal teams and external vendors. You'll directly manage the end-to-end customer onboarding process for enterprise applications, transforming ad-hoc implementations into scalable, repeatable processes. This position is perfect for a program leader who thrives on owning outcomes, protecting technical talent, and shaping standardized onboarding in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of hands-on program and project management; able to run multi-workstream technology portfolios with structured rigor Experience overseeing enterprise software rollouts and service desk operating cadence, ideally from a consulting, management, or supply chain background Direct responsibility for WMS (Warehouse Management System) implementations in 3PL or warehouse settings; hands-on with site or customer onboarding Track record of EDI onboarding-customer-facing, retailer and label compliance, trading-partner setup (940, 943, 944, 856, 846, or related) Clear, credible communicator; able to set, manage, and deliver on expectations with customers and leadership in high-stakes environments Built and run repeatable onboarding or implementation playbooks/processes, not just ad hoc launches Adept at gathering requirements, sequencing dependencies, writing specs, and translating between business and technology teams (no coding required) Proven ability to handle intake/triage, allocate resources, and prioritize a portfolio-deciding what gets worked on next and holding the line on priorities Comfortable as the top program manager-reporting directly to executives, autonomously driving initiatives to completion Working, practical fluency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or similar): you use them in your daily workflow and are diligent in verifying outputs Based in Southern California, able to be onsite/hybrid at the City of Industry headquarters Desired Skills & Experience Familiarity with Blue Yonder (WMS) or hands-on ERP (NetSuite or similar) implementations Built onboarding or implementation frameworks from scratch Experience in PE-backed, fast-growth, or owner-operated environments PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown 40% Enterprise Apps Program Management (WMS, ERP, EDI, etc.) 30% Customer Onboarding, Implementation, & Delivery 15% Process Design & Standardization 15% Vendor & Cross-Functional Coordination Daily Responsibilities 60% Hands-On Project/Program Execution 25% Customer & Stakeholder Communication 15% Requirements Gathering, Process & Change Management The Offer Target annual bonus Equity incentive plan eligibility You will receive the following benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Vacation Time Applicants must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future. #LI-AC20
