Job Description A leading, rapidly modernizing third-party logistics firm in Southern California is seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Program Manager to drive program, project, and systems delivery across their enterprise applications and serve as the trusted customer-facing point of contact for onboarding and implementation. This is a full-time, permanent position based at the company's City of Industry headquarters (onsite and hybrid; not remote) and reporting directly to the executive team. In this visible, autonomous role, you will coordinate intake, prioritization, and delivery of complex projects across packaged software-spanning WMS, ERP, EDI, billing, IT service management, and a data platform-working with both internal teams and external vendors. You'll directly manage the end-to-end customer onboarding process for enterprise applications, transforming ad-hoc implementations into scalable, repeatable processes. This position is perfect for a program leader who thrives on owning outcomes, protecting technical talent, and shaping standardized onboarding in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment.
