Job Description
BA/PM-GTM
Application || Location - Fremont, CA ( Day 1 Onsite)|| Employment type - contract
Years of Experience:
10-15
Years Key Responsibilities:
Act as the liaison between GTM business teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) and technology/vendor teams. Gather and document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications. Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, stakeholder communication, risk management, and execution. Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, reporting enhancements, and user adoption. Analyze data to identify trends, operational issues, and business improvement opportunities.
Must-Have Skills:
Business Analysis and Project Management experience. Strong GTM/Sales Operations domain knowledge.
Experience with CRM platforms:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Salesforce.
Experience with Sales Incentive/Compensation tools:
SAP ICM/SPM, Xactly, or similar. Strong data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams, IT, and external vendors. Understanding of AI and automation solutions within GTM processes.
Preferred:
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and end-to-end project delivery. Strong communication, documentation, and process mapping skills. Self-driven professional with a continuous improvement mindset.
