Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sr Project Manager with strong Supply Chain and SAP project delivery experience to lead complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives within client's Business Applications. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience managing large-scale IT and business projects, with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA/ECC, supply chain, logistics, transportation, warehouse, and distribution environments. Experience leading global SAP implementations, third-party system integrators, and Agile project teams is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Supply Chain IT projects across logistics, transportation, warehousing, distribution, 3PL, process improvement, system upgrades, product launches, and facility expansions. Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, budgets, governance, critical paths, risks, issues, dependencies, and project deliverables. Lead cross-functional teams and executive steering committees, partnering with Finance, Manufacturing, Operations, Infrastructure, Quality, Regulatory, Field Service, and other business functions. Drive SAP implementation and rollout activities across SAP ECC and S/4HANA, coordinating with SAP Services, system integrators, and third-party service providers. Manage project deliverables including kickoff presentations, MS Project/Smartsheet schedules, budget vs. actuals, business blueprints, test plans, training plans, and status reporting. Lead organizational change management activities including stakeholder analysis, communications, training, adoption, issue resolution, and compliance with internal quality and regulatory requirements.
Must-Have Skills:
8+ years of experience leading major cross-functional IT/business projects, preferably within Supply Chain or Manufacturing Operations. Strong SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC project implementation/delivery experience, including global or phased rollouts. Proven Supply Chain domain experience across Logistics, Transportation, Warehousing, Distribution, Plan, Make, or Source. PMP certification required; Scrum Master/CSM certification is a plus. Strong project management, stakeholder leadership, communication, presentation, risk management, and governance skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with SAP GTS, EWMS, TMS, and SAP logistics execution. Experience managing third-party system integrators, SAP Services, and external service providers. Experience with
JIRA, MS
Project, Smartsheet, and project reporting tools. Medical device / regulated manufacturing industry experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated success delivering multiple end-to-end SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA implementations, including large-scale manufacturing environments. Experience leading technical project teams using Agile methodologies in global SAP rollouts. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Experience supervising or mentoring project team members and managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
