This role serves as the bridge between clients, sales team , R D , and manufacturing , ensuring smooth communication, clear requirements, and successful product delivery. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary technical contact for clients and support sales with product knowledge. Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable specifications for engineering. Coordinate program activities between Taiwan R D and U.S. manufacturing teams. Track schedules, deliverables, risks, and program status. Support product validation, issue resolution, and client follow-up. Facilitate cross-functional communication across global teams.
