C3 AI runs its finance and business operations on a portfolio of SaaS applications anchored by NetSuite and Atlassian, alongside OpenAir, Coupa, SAP Concur, FloQast, Workiva, Varicent, Ironclad, Brex, and Avalara. You will own this portfolio end to end: administration, integrations, SOX change management, access governance, and the vendor relationships behind them, serving as the bridge between Finance, Accounting, Legal, and IT. This is a hands-on senior role; you will spend most of your time in the systems, not in status meetings. The ideal candidate is a deep NetSuite administrator who has run change management in a SOX-regulated environment, communicates clearly with business stakeholders, and takes pride in shipping changes right the first time. Responsibilities Own day-to-day administration and health of the business applications portfolio, with NetSuite as the center of gravity. Run the SOX change management process end to end: scope requests with business owners, build and configure in test, coordinate user acceptance testing, secure Controller approval, deploy to production, and validate post-go-live. Build and maintain integrations between applications (NetSuite SuiteScript/SuiteTalk, REST APIs, middleware) with sound token management and data handling. Own access governance: SSO and SCIM provisioning through Microsoft Entra, quarterly SOX user access reviews, own provisioning in systems and closing manual deprovisioning gaps on applications without SCIM.
