Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 1 year of experience in program management. Experience with fiber network deployments. Experience with network infrastructure, or risk management.

Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of global network infrastructure programs, including long-haul fiber, metro networks, and leased capacity, ensuring milestones are met from concept through deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional partner teams to understand technical dependencies, resolve constraints, and align capacity forecasting with infrastructure deployment timelines. Identify, mitigate, and communicate project risks and technical trade-offs clearly to both engineering teams and leadership stakeholders. Translate complex, ambiguous strategic initiatives into well-defined technical requirements, actionable roadmaps, and clear execution plans. Contribute to process improvements and scalability enhancements within network deployment workflows to optimize efficiency and accelerate capacity delivery.
