Job Description Summary The Waterfall Project Manager leads large-scale, cross-functional initiatives for an enterprise automotive organization, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery within a traditional waterfall project structure. This role ensures projects move through clearly defined phases, meet business requirements, and land on time, on budget, and within scope. Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and phase gates aligned to business objectives.
• Requirements Management
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate functional and technical requirements.
• Cross-Functional Coordination
• Lead collaboration across IT, business operations, finance, HR, procurement, and external vendors.
• Phase Gate Management
• Drive projects through initiation, requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Risk & Issue Tracking
• Identify risks, maintain mitigation plans, escalate blockers, and ensure proactive resolution.
• Vendor & Partner Oversight
• Manage third-party deliverables, SLAs, and integration points.
• Executive Reporting
• Provide clear status updates, dashboards, and decision-ready summaries to leadership.
• Budget & Resource Management
• Track spend, forecast resource needs, and ensure financial alignment.
• Quality Assurance
• Ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria and comply with enterprise standards.

• 10+ years of IT Project Management experience
• Experience with managing financials of projects within SeviceNow and ADO
• Waterfall methodology expertise with large enterprise programs.
• Strong background in project documentation, requirements gathering, and structured delivery.
• Experience managing technology-enabled business initiatives (HR, Finance, Procurement, Operations, or Platform teams).
• Ability to lead cross-department stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira in waterfall mode, etc.).
• Excellent communication, executive-facing presentation skills, and structured problem-solving.
