Job Description The IT Project Manager will lead complex CRM implementations and digital transformation initiatives across the organization. This person will manage projects from discovery and requirements gathering through implementation, adoption, stabilization, and closeout.
The Project Manager will partner with business, technology, data, architecture, integration, compliance, quality assurance, training, and change-management teams. The role requires hands-on Zoho CRM experience and the ability to manage scope, schedules, risks, resources, dependencies, testing, data migration, and stakeholder expectations across multiple workstreams.
Day to Day
- Lead enterprise CRM and digital transformation projects from intake and discovery through deployment, adoption, stabilization, and closeout
- Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, RAID logs, dependencies, governance requirements, and executive status reporting
- Coordinate requirements, CRM configuration, workflow automation, integrations, data migration, testing, training, communications, and cutover readiness
- Partner with business owners, technical teams, vendors, and leadership to resolve blockers and keep interdependent workstreams aligned
- Oversee Zoho CRM functionality involving modules, fields, layouts, workflows, automations, reporting, security, data quality, and integrations
- Support Agile, SAFe, and DevSecOps delivery practices using Microsoft Azure DevOps and other project-management tools. Skills and Requirements
- 5+ years of project-management experience delivering enterprise-scale, cross-functional IT projects within a formal PMO or program-management environment
- Hands-on Zoho CRM project experience involving modules, fields, layouts, workflows, automations, reporting, data quality, security, or integrations
- Experience leading CRM implementations or major CRM modernization projects through requirements, configuration, data conversion, testing, deployment, and adoption
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, SaaS solutions, cloud platforms, and project-management tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps
- Experience managing multiple interdependent workstreams involving business teams, data, architecture, integration, QA, compliance, training, and change management
- Bachelor's degree in business, management information systems, engineering, computer science, or a related discipline
- Experience with Zoho Analytics, including dashboards, CRM reporting, data modeling, and business insights
- PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, CSP, CSM, PRINCE2, or a related project-management or Agile certification.
