We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong technical background in Java development and AWS Cloud. The role involves managing end-to-end delivery of Java and cloud-based projects, driving Agile practices, and ensuring high-quality, on-time releases.

Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and deliver Java and cloud-based projects within scope, schedule, and budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and DevOps for successful delivery. Provide technical oversight on Java and AWS implementations. Track progress, risks, and issues using project management tools and ensure transparency across teams. Drive Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives. Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and clients.

Skills:

Strong understanding of Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture. Experience with cloud services including compute, storage, serverless, and database services. Hands-on experience managing projects using project management and collaboration tools. Good knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, SDLC, and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualification And Education:

Relevant certifications in project management or cloud technologies will be an added advantage.
