Join our team as a Construction & Facilities Project Manager , where you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial, industrial, and facility-related construction projects. This role is responsible for managing all phases of projects, including budgeting, scheduling, contractor coordination, facility improvements, capital projects, and overall project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and facilities management, with the ability to oversee multiple projects while ensuring safety, quality, cost control, and on-time delivery. Aurora, IL (with regional travel required) What's the Job? Coordinate construction projects by developing detailed plans to meet project goals and timelines. Supervise and manage subcontractors onsite, ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained. Communicate regularly with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to provide project updates and resolve issues. Follow documented safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards. Prepare and review project estimates, proposals, and closeout documentation to support project completion and client satisfaction. What's Needed? Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in construction project management, including facility and/or construction projects. Proficiency in interpreting construction drawings and specifications. Experience with project planning and scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project. OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training. Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. What's in it for me? Competitive salary range of $95,000 - $105,000 based on experience.
