$160,000 - $240,000 per annum
Experience:
5-10 years in program/project delivery, including 2-5 years leading teams What you would do Typical responsibilities could include: Coordinating product delivery across engineering, design, marketing, and customer-facing teams Facilitating Agile ceremonies and removing blockers to keep teams unblocked Managing project timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communication Refining product backlogs and creating clear user stories to guide development Driving metrics-driven decisions on roadmap prioritization and delivery sequencing Mentoring team members and fostering cross-functional collaboration Communicating product progress and strategic decisions to leadership and customers What you could bring Most roles of this type require the following: 5-10 years of experience in program or project management, product delivery, or technical leadership 2-5 years leading or coordinating cross-functional teams Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira Strong skills in backlog refinement, user story creation, and roadmap planning Demonstrated ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove delivery blockers Excellent stakeholder management and communication across technical and non-technical audiences Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience) Authorization to work in the United States Nice-to-have qualifications include PMP or similar program management certification, experience in scaling delivery across multiple teams, and background in product-led organizations.
