WFH Mon, potentially Friday, depending on project needs

Healthcare Professionals Description:
Project Coordinator supports the company's consultant contracting and sponsorship technology involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Assists with the maintenance of the Financial Shared Services systems (data management, support/trouble shooting, change management and training support) and interacts extensively with employees worldwide
  • Provides user assistance for system navigation questions and issues
  • Requests estimates from vendors and authorization approvals from internal stakeholders.
  • Applies analytical thinking skills to diagnose and make recommendations on systems and internal processes. Incorporates knowledge of business and technology to make recommendations
  • Proactively recommends improvements to streamline current processes and reduce cycle time.
  • Works effectively with team/group to accomplish organizational goals. Actively participates in client or team meetings by offering suggestions. Provides input to project planning.
  • Develops project plans that integrate and align with cross departmental processes and other projects, provides innovative solutions to overcome project hurdles.
  • Acts as a resource to provide innovative solutions to mitigate risks, manage competing customer priorities, facilitate contingency plans, maximize cost-effective resource utilization, and improve employee effectiveness.
