The Work:
Build an advisory relationship with strategic accounts and engage with Architects, Chief Technology Officer (CTO), and Chief Information Officer (CIO). Identify customer priorities, technical objections, and design strategies encompassing the entire SAP ecosystem to deliver business value and resolve blockers. Demonstrate a track record for successful leadership and executive presence in face-to-face interactions. Ensure effective communication with customers during critical incident management, with a focus on C-level executives. Lead executive committee meetings with customer stakeholders to monitor delivery progress and customer support experience, emphasizing a proactive agenda. Provide domain expertise around

private and/or public cloud and enterprise technology, and promote Accenture with customers, at conferences, and online. Exhibit technical leadership in motivating delivery teams to meet customer expectations by providing workarounds and quickly resolving technical issues. Need:
Minimum of 6 years of experience leading SAP technical enterprise transformation programs/projects Minimum of 8 years experience in Cloud/Infrastructure Technologies, Information Technology (IT) Consulting/Support, Systems Administration, Network Operations, Software Development/Support, Technology Solutions, Practice Development, Architecture, and/or Consulting Minimum of 6 years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external) You have a Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications) Prior experience supporting the Consumer Goods Industry and clients Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6-year work experience) Bonus points if: You have professional experience architecting and operating cloud-based solutions. You have experience migrating or transforming legacy (SAP ECC) customer solutions to the cloud. You have working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies including DevOps and DevSecOps You have demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly. You have presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and developers. You have experience in technology/software sales or pre-sales consulting.
