Join Our Team Compensation:
Pay up to $67/hr | Must be a U.S. citizen We are seeking an experienced IT Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact projects from initiation to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, exceptional communication, and a proven ability to deliver large-scale projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple IT projects simultaneously. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure project success. Communicate project status, updates, and reports to leadership and stakeholders. Ensure adherence to industry standards, best practices, and compliance requirements. Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools. Mentor and guide project team members, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field. 7-10 years of project management experience, including 3+ years in a senior or leadership role. Proven success managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, JIRA, SmartSheet, or equivalent). Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred. Experience in IT projects for manufacturing is a plus.
