Associate Project Manager:

$35-$40/hr Technical /

Clinical IT Project Manager:

$45-$50/hr Position Overview We are hiring across three levels: Associate Project Manager IT / Technical Project Manager Clinical IT Project Manager These roles support projects involving Epic/EHR, clinical applications, infrastructure, enterprise systems, imaging/PACS, ERP, cybersecurity, and other healthcare technologies. Key Responsibilities Manage or support healthcare IT projects from initiation through closeout Build and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables Coordinate technical, clinical, operational, vendor, and business teams Track scope, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies Facilitate project meetings and communicate status to leadership Support implementations, upgrades, optimizations, and new technology rollouts Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced environment Required Experience (Must Have) Hospital or healthcare system experience Local to the western suburbs of Charlotte Experience supporting healthcare IT , clinical systems , Epic/EHR , or technology projects Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Experience (Varies by Level) Epic / EHR project experience Clinical applications, imaging/PACS, ERP, revenue cycle, or infrastructure Agile, ITIL, or PMI methodology CAPM, PMP, or Epic certification Experience working with physicians, nurses, clinical leadership, IT teams, and vendors Ideal Candidate A self‑directed project professional with strong communication skills and proven success supporting hospital‑based technology initiatives . Comfortable working with technical teams, clinicians, operational leaders, and executives.
