Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Technical IT Project Manager for a top engineering, architecture, environmental, and construction services client. This candidate will play a key role in the ERP transformation initiative by leading the technical workstreams and driving the successful delivery of critical system components. They will be responsible for driving project execution, managing timelines and budgets, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful delivery of technical solutions that support business objectives. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical project management background, experience leading enterprise-level technology projects, and the ability to effectively partner with both technical teams and executive stakeholders to deliver complex initiatives on time and within budget. The compensation for this role is $150,000 annually. Skills and Requirements
  • 5+ years of technical IT Project Management experience
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-level technology projects from initiation through deployment
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure, cloud, applications, systems integration, and software delivery lifecycles
  • Experience managing cross-functional technical teams including engineers, architects, developers, and business stakeholders
  • Expertise in project planning, risk management, issue resolution, and dependency management
  • Experience managing project budgets, timelines, resources, and vendor relationships
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to leadership
  • Experience within structured PMO and governance environments
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into actionable project plans
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
  • PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or related certification
  • ServiceNow SPM, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools
  • Experience leading cloud migrations, infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity initiatives, or enterprise application implementations
  • Experience with release planning and change management processes
