Our client, a leading organization in the technology and financial services industry, is seeking a Program Manager IV- to join their team. As a Program Manager IV-, you will be part of the Client Implementation & Enablement department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

$90 What's the Job? Lead end-to-end technical onboarding programs for strategic clients, defining scope, milestones, success criteria, and acceptance standards. Build and implement repeatable onboarding frameworks, playbooks, templates, and automation to streamline processes and reduce operational effort. Manage technical integration projects including APIs, data migrations, connectors, and real-time flows, ensuring smooth architecture handoffs and environment provisioning. Serve as the senior client-facing program lead, facilitating kickoff meetings, status reviews, steering committees, and executive communications to set clear expectations and escalate issues proactively. Coordinate cross-functional delivery across engineering, product, security, compliance, QA, operations, professional services, and third-party vendors, managing dependencies and risks effectively. What's Needed? 7+ years of program or project management experience, with at least 3 years leading technical client onboarding or implementation programs. Proven track record delivering complex integrations such as APIs, data migrations, SSO, and payment systems across multiple engineering teams. Strong client-facing skills with the ability to present to senior executives, set expectations, and drive decision-making. Technical fluency in cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), REST APIs, authentication/authorization, data transformation, and CI/CD processes. Experience managing multi-party dependencies, negotiating trade-offs under time constraints, and using collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce. What's in it for me?
