full-time Lead Technical Project Manager New York, NY 6-Month Contract-to-Hire Onsite 5 Days/Week | 10-20% Travel $55-$60/hr on W2 Position Overview We are seeking a Lead Technical Project Manager to oversee large-scale corporate office buildouts, workplace refresh projects, and technology infrastructure initiatives across a national enterprise environment. This individual will lead project execution from planning through completion, coordinating vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. This is a project leadership role focused on driving execution and managing cross-functional teams rather than performing hands-on technical work. Responsibilities Lead corporate office buildouts, relocations, renovations, and workplace modernization projects Manage multiple concurrent projects, including large-scale initiatives spanning 1-3 years Coordinate vendors, contractors, facilities teams, and IT stakeholders throughout project lifecycles Drive project schedules, milestones, deliverables, budgets, risks, and issue resolution Partner with Real Estate, Workplace Services, Infrastructure, and End-User Computing teams Oversee low-voltage, telecom, networking, and workplace technology deployments Utilize Microsoft Project and ServiceNow to track project progress, resources, and dependencies Provide remote oversight and leadership for projects across multiple geographic locations Deliver executive-level updates and maintain strong stakeholder communication throughout project execution Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational standards Required Qualifications 8-10+ years of technical project or program management experience Background supporting corporate office buildouts, workplace refreshes, infrastructure deployments, or similar initiatives Strong understanding of enterprise networking concepts, including circuits, PoE, and office technology environments Experience working with telecom providers, construction vendors, facilities teams, and internal IT organizations Experience using project management tools, preferably ServiceNow SPM and Microsoft Project Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments Flexible for occasional travel and varied working hours based on project needs Well-rounded understanding of infrastructure and end-user technologies Experience leveraging AI tools to improve project delivery and operational efficiency
