Technical Project Manager Genesis10 life insurance, 401(k) United States, Jersey, Jersey City May 01, 2026 Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technical Project Manager for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Jersey City, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role will focus on program financials and support technology leadership in program-wide activities. The ideal candidate will coordinate and facilitate routines to support technology delivery, manage dependencies, and ensure execution is aligned with program requirements within the CFO Change and ePMO organizations.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and facilitate routines to support technology delivery such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timeline Gather and facilitate status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule Ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor and stakeholders Track success metrics and review performance with stakeholders and leadership Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards Support resource planning and forecasting for delivery and execution

Requirements:

Ability to manage complex project(s) simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong problem-solving skills, excellent analytical and presentation skills Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable presentations/reports and communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills Project management, change management, PMO, or similar experience Desired skills: Knowledge or experience with large scale ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems Experience with Oracle or Oracle Financial systems Pay range: $55.15 - $63.15 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
