We are at the forefront of re-inventing advertising experiences, bridging human creativity with artificial intelligence to transform every aspect of the advertising lifecycle from ad creation and optimization to performance analysis and customer insights. The Amazon Advertising team is seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead strategic programs for Amazon Ads' AI infrastructure core services that accelerate agentic AI development. This role requires deep technical knowledge in AI/ML systems, AWS technologies, distributed infrastructure, and agentic frameworks, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams building foundational services that enable product teams to ship agents in weeks instead of months. As a TPM, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing agentic AI core infra product roadmap, driving agent builder adoption through seamless onboarding experiences, influencing technical and business stakeholders across Ads organizations, and ensuring the core services scales to support multi-agent workflows, stateful runtime, and production-grade reliability for advertiser

Strategic Leadership:
Drive the end-to-end delivery of large-scale agentic AI programs, ensuring alignment with Amazon Advertising's long-term business and technical goals.
    Stakeholder Influence:
    Partner with leaders, stakeholders, and internal agent builder teams to align on priorities, drive consensus, and deliver impactful agentic core infra solutions that scale globally.
      Solution Architecture:
      Collaborate with engineering, product from agent and skill builder teams to onboard and utilize agentic core infra to accelerate their roadmaps.
        Data-Driven Decisions:
        Define KPIs and metrics to measure program success, identify areas for improvement, and provide transparent, actionable updates to leadership through detailed reporting and insights.
          Cross-Team Collaboration:
          Act as the key connection point between engineering, business teams, ensuring alignment, effective communication, and seamless execution. Basic Qualifications
          • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
          • 3+ years of software development experience
          • 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
          • Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
          • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
          • Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps Preferred Qualifications
          • 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
