• cross-functional alignment What you would do Typical responsibilities could include: Coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, product, operations) through delivery cycles and roadmap execution Facilitating Agile ceremonies including standups, planning sessions, retrospectives and backlog refinement Creating and refining user stories and managing backlog prioritization aligned with product vision and business metrics Removing technical and organizational blockers to keep delivery momentum moving Maintaining visibility across milestones, timelines and metrics for leadership and stakeholders Collaborating with product, design and operations to ensure roadmap clarity and delivery confidence Contributing to continuous improvement of delivery processes and team effectiveness What you could bring Most roles of this type require the following: 5-10 years of experience in technical program management, product delivery or Agile delivery coordination 2-5 years of experience leading or mentoring technical teams Demonstrated fluency with Agile methodologies and Jira or similar delivery tools Strong capability in user story creation, backlog refinement and sprint planning Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove blockers across technical and organizational boundaries Stakeholder management and communication across product, engineering and operations Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent professional experience Authorization to work in the United States What roles of this type could offer Most roles of this type offer the following, dependent on the industry and seniority of the role: Opportunity to shape product delivery and roadmap execution within a collaborative engineering environment Scope to develop deeper expertise in technical program management and Agile leadership Potential progression toward senior or lead-level responsibility, where supported by role performance and organizational growth Structured development, mentorship, and competitive benefits including health coverage, paid time off, retirement planning and flexible work arrangements where applicable About Specialist Staffing Group We are a specialist staffing and recruitment organization dedicated to connecting talented professionals with meaningful opportunities in product, technology and delivery.
