We Are Seeking Ion Computer Systems is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate IT&S Project Manager to support our client, Northwell Health, New York's largest healthcare provider. This is a contract position through December 31, 2026, with the potential for extension based on business needs and project requirements. Position Summary Northwell Health is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate IT&S Project Manager to support Information Technology & Services (IT&S) leadership in the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic technology initiatives. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to develop project management skills while contributing to large-scale healthcare technology programs. The Project Coordinator will play a key role in project documentation, meeting coordination, stakeholder communication, and process improvement efforts across the organization. Key Responsibilities Create, maintain, organize, and archive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Support adherence to established Project Lifecycle (PLC) processes and methodologies. Track and document project dependencies, risks, constraints, opportunities, and impacts across multiple initiatives. Coordinate and prepare agendas for project meetings, strategic planning sessions, and stakeholder discussions. Capture meeting outcomes, action items, due diligence findings, and executive summaries. Assist with project reporting and communication among internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. Help identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to implementing operational enhancements. Support project managers and IT&S leadership with project planning, coordination, and administrative activities. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Education Bachelor's Degree required Equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered Experience 0 to 1 year of relevant professional experience Internship, project coordination, business analysis, or administrative experience is a plus Desired Skills Strong organizational and documentation skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to analyze information and communicate findings clearly Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Interest in project management, healthcare technology, and process improvement
