Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is seeking Digital Account & Project Managers to support the planning, coordination, and execution of digital projects within a fast-paced, creative environment. Digital deliverables comprised of Email, Banner Ads, Interactive Sales aids, and Websites. This role works closely with account management, creative, development, editorial, and regulatory teams to manage digital projects from kickoff through completion. The position serves as a key point of contact for marketing stakeholders, communicates project updates, manages timelines and resources, and helps ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing leads and cross-functional teams, communicating project updates, changes, risks, and priorities. Manage digital projects from kickoff through completion, including websites, emails, banner ads, applications, and other digital assets. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, estimates, resource allocations, and documentation. Coordinate account, creative, development, editorial, and regulatory teams to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met. Manage website production workflows, including content development, MLR reviews, approvals, quality assurance, and launch. Track project progress, manage competing priorities, and proactively identify and escalate risks. Ensure digital content follows pharmaceutical guidelines and compliance requirements. Assist with billing, time tracking, forecasting, and project estimates. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, marketing, communications, or digital project management. Website experience and experience managing digital projects are required. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, timelines, approvals, and multiple projects. Working knowledge of pharmaceutical website requirements and regulated content, including MLR review processes. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree required. Preferred Qualifications Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or another regulated industry. Familiarity with Veeva Vault PromoMats or similar review platforms. Knowledge of content management systems, AEM, website development, HTML, CSS, UI/UX, SEO, and digital analytics. Familiarity with pharmaceutical safety reporting and digital privacy requirements.
