70-85/hr We are seeking a highly autonomous Senior Project/Program Manager to lead a high-visibility software application initiative with significant executive sponsorship and long-term strategic impact.

This role will serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and an offshore development team, driving delivery from requirements gathering through production enhancements. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable facilitating executive discussions, refining business requirements, creating sprint-ready Jira stories, and partnering with developers to drive execution.
