Job Description

Program Manager — Digital Experience Transformation (DXT) About Us Excellis Interactive is a technology and creative consulting firm specializing in AI-driven transformation and digital program delivery for enterprise marketing, content, and customer experience operations. We partner with Comcast Business to lead complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives that drive efficiency, consistency, and scale across digital experience transformation (DXT) programs. The Opportunity Comcast Business offers a suite of Connectivity, Communications, Networking, Cybersecurity, Wireless, and Managed Solutions that empower organizations of all sizes to prepare for what's next. As part of this transformation, the Marketing Digital Experience Group is reimagining how businesses establish and grow long-lasting relationships with Comcast through seamless digital engagement. We're seeking a highly proactive Program Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital programs within the Comcast Business DXT ecosystem — managing timelines, scope, operational coordination, and cross-functional workstreams spanning UX, content, development, analytics, and digital operations. You'll lead the coordination of digital features and online experiences across multiple audiences (Small Business, Mid-Market, and Enterprise), ensuring that every initiative is executed with clarity, accountability, speed, and measurable business impact. This role requires both strategic and tactical leadership. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving enterprise environments, creates structure within ambiguity, aggressively drives follow-through, and operates as a highly organized connector across product, engineering, content, UX, CMS, analytics, and business stakeholders. Success in this role requires exceptional communication, operational rigor, strong ownership mentality, and the ability to independently drive workstreams forward with minimal oversight. In This Role You Will Lead program planning, execution, and delivery across concurrent digital workstreams and high-visibility initiatives. Create operational clarity across fast-moving cross-functional teams with shifting priorities and dependencies. Develop, maintain, and actively manage detailed project plans, timelines, sprint schedules, and delivery milestones. Ensure all project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and status updates remain current and visible across systems such as Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, Loop, and Workfront. Own meeting facilitation, including driving agendas, documenting decisions, capturing action items, assigning owners, and ensuring follow-through. Produce concise, actionable meeting notes immediately following meetings, including: Decisions made, Action items, Owners, Deadlines, Risks and dependencies, Follow-up requirements Proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure action items and deliverables are completed on time. Coordinate design, documentation, implementation, and rollout of new business processes supporting web and content ecosystems. Manage digital feature delivery across UX/UI, copywriting, CMS publishing, SEO, analytics, QA, and engineering teams. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, release planning, and status reviews. Drive accountability across teams while maintaining strong collaborative relationships. Identify risks, blockers, resource gaps, and operational inefficiencies early and escalate appropriately. Operate effectively in environments undergoing process or tooling transformation (e.g., Smartsheet-to-Asana migration). Help teams prioritize effectively by separating critical deliverables from organizational noise and ambiguity. Foster strong communication and team engagement across both in-person and remote environments. Support vendor and third-party coordination, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. Job Responsibilities Partner closely with the Senior Manager of Program Management to uphold delivery excellence, operational rigor, and governance across DXT initiatives. Assume accountability for overall program health, execution quality, stakeholder alignment, and delivery success across multiple concurrent initiatives. Track deliverables, budgets, timelines, dependencies, and resourcing across internal teams and external partners. Ensure stakeholders always have visibility into current project status, priorities, risks, and timelines. Serve as a central operational hub across product, UX, engineering, CMS, analytics, and business teams. Maintain high levels of responsiveness, communication, and organizational discipline in a fast-paced enterprise environment. Drive cross-functional accountability through proactive communication and consistent follow-up. Produce executive-ready status reports, dashboards, summaries, and presentations. Manage change control processes and communicate impacts of shifting priorities, scope changes, or delivery risks. Contribute to onboarding, operational process improvement, and delivery maturity initiatives. Support a culture of ownership, urgency, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Ideal Match We're looking for someone who is: Highly proactive and self-directed Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented Comfortable managing ambiguity and fast-moving priorities Strong at creating calm and structure within complex environments Naturally accountable and action-oriented Skilled at driving follow-through across diverse stakeholder groups A relationship builder who communicates effectively across technical and non-technical teams Comfortable operating with high visibility and executive exposure Passionate about operational excellence and delivery execution Capable of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on program management execution The ideal candidate is someone who does not wait to be told what to do, naturally drives momentum, and makes leadership feel confident that programs are under control.
