A world-leading artificial intelligence research and advanced technology laboratory solving complex intelligence challenges. About the Role We are seeking an experienced S Technical Program Manager to lead high-impact, complex programs bridging cutting-edge AI research and scalable systems. You will own cross-functional execution for next-generation frontier models (pre- and post-training), advanced agentic AI capabilities, and algorithmic self-improvement methodologies. Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end technical program management for complex machine learning initiatives, focusing on foundational AI research, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and generative models. Lead high-visibility initiatives spanning model pre-training, post-training alignment, and recursive self-improvement pipelines. Partner closely with elite research scientists, software engineers, and product teams to translate ambiguous research objectives into structured roadmaps, minimum viable products (MVPs), and technical specifications. Own program lifecycle stages from incubation and solution design to global deployment, managing schedules, dependencies, budgets, and resource allocation across matrixed engineering teams. Champion rigorous agile/scrum frameworks, risk mitigation strategies, and cross-group collaboration to accelerate breakthrough research without compromising system scale or data integrity.
Qualifications & Core Skills Experience:
7+ years of technical program/project management experience driving full lifecycle software engineering and large-scale machine learning initiatives.
Domain Expertise:
Deep hands-on background in AI/ML paradigms (Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, Generative Models, Agentic AI).
Methodologies:
Expert-level command of Agile, Scrum, SDLC, release processes, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related technical discipline. PMP certification is a strong plus.
Soft Skills:
