A Technical Program Manager oversees all aspects of technical projects for their organization. They focus on overseeing the development, implementation, and delivery of technical solutions or products, often involving software development, hardware engineering, or IT infrastructure. They may be responsible for initiating programs, monitoring their progress, and providing technical support if issues arise.
We are representing an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager, TA Ops to support talent acquisition operations and help shape efficient, scalable recruiting workflows. Our team is seeking a collaborative professional who can partner across Talent Acquisition, Product, Engineering, Finance, Security, and Legal to deliver process improvements, support implementation efforts, and strengthen operational performance.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment workflow design and optimization, with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and alignment to business priorities. Partner with Recruiting leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define business problems, gather requirements, and translate needs into actionable solutions. Support process improvement, technology implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and adoption efforts across Talent Acquisition programs and initiatives. Use recruiting and operational data to identify trends, strengthen reporting integrity, and drive accountability around key metrics and KPIs.
Required:
Must have prior experience working within enterprise-level organizations in Marketplace, Media, Big Tech/Consumer Tech, Streaming, Entertainment, or Audio/Music industries. 5+ years of experience managing programs in Recruiting or TA Operations. Hands on technical experience with Workday ATS Proven experience designing global workflows with a focus on cross-functional excellence. Experience partnering with product and engineering teams to support strategic decisions, backlog prioritization, and solutions, with familiarity in agile and design thinking methodologies. Experience supporting technology or process implementations and managing complex stakeholder groups. Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data, identify trends, develop recommendations, and create detailed action plans.
