Demonstrated experience chairing Change Advisory Boards (CAB) and enforcing rigorous deployment protocols. Strong understanding of DevSecOps pipelines, automated regression testing, and deployment velocity methodologies. Proven track record in architecting minute-by-minute cutover plans, robust rollback procedures, and effective hypercare support for major enterprise deployments. Proven ability to exercise independent judgment and "Veto Authority" to prioritize system stability and maintain "Clean Core" mandates.
