implementation, migration, upgrade, and transformation programs. Develop project plans, schedules, resource strategies, budgets, and governance frameworks. Manage Greenfield, Brownfield, and hybrid SAP transformation initiatives across global organizations. Drive SAP Activate methodology from Discover through Run phases, including Fit-to-Standard workshops and solution validation. Oversee technical architecture, integrations, data migration, and application deployment activities. Coordinate delivery across SAP SD, MM, FICO, SCM, CRM, and third-party applications. Ensure seamless integration between SAP and platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, EDI solutions, logistics providers, and customer systems. Review technical designs, interface strategies, and migration plans. Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests across all workstreams. Deliver executive dashboards and status reports to leadership teams. Oversee SIT, UAT, performance testing, and business validation activities. Lead cutover planning, go-live readiness assessments, deployment execution, and hypercare support. Act as the primary liaison for business leaders, IT stakeholders, and implementation partners.
