is seeking a Senior IT Program Manager- ServiceNow Implementation for a hybrid opportunity in Columbia, SC. The Candidate will lead and coordinate complex enterprise technology initiatives within a collaborative Agile environment, supporting the successful delivery of large-scale platform implementation projects. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and professional experience 7+ years of experience in IT project or program management leadership roles 4+ years managing multiple concurrent enterprise-level technology projects Experience working within Agile delivery environments Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project and project management tools Experience managing project plans, budgets, schedules, risks, deliverables, and resources Proven ability to lead projects through the full project lifecycle from initiation to implementation Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities Preferred Skills/Experience of the

Lead and oversee enterprise technology implementation projects from planning through deployment Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, risks, and resource coordination across multiple initiatives Monitor project progress and provide status reporting to leadership and stakeholders Collaborate with architects, development teams, business partners, and leadership to ensure successful project execution Facilitate Agile project activities and support issue resolution, escalation management, and implementation readiness Maintain project documentation, reporting, and auditable project artifacts throughout the project lifecycle
