ROLE:

Technical Program Manager

Duration:

6 MONTHS, W/ VERY

STRONG POSSIBILITY OF EXTENTSION BASED ON PERFORMANCE.
Location:

Hybrid 3X a week from client office in Dallas/Irving, TX or Jacksonville, FL.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Banking & Capital Markets Industry Experience, specifically in the Fraud Domain. Working Knowledge of Enterprise ETL/ELT Data Warehousing Concepts with Direct Exposure To "Ab Initio", Informatica, Or Other Legacy ETL Tools/Software.

RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Program Managers drive planning, tracking, and cross-team coordination for the data pipeline modernization program. A subset of this pool (3 of 20 in the original Irving allocation) are Senior Delivery Manager positions with larger, multi-project scope.

  • Own project and program plans, RAID logs, and milestone tracking across delivery workstreams.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally between architecture, engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to keep releases on schedule.
  • Run status reporting and governance forums (e.g. Scrum of Scrums), escalating risks and blockers early.
  • Manage resourcing, dependencies, and vendor/partner coordination across onshore and offshore teams.
  • Track budget, capacity, and burn against plan.
  • 7+ years of program or project management experience in technology delivery.
  • Experience running governance for multi-team, multi-location programs (onshore/offshore).
  • Strong command of standard PM tooling (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills; comfortable communicating to senior stakeholders.
