Job Description

Job Description We are seeking a Technical Data Center Project/Delivery Manager to lead and deliver high-impact projects within our client's IT infrastructure domain. This individual will play a key role in the design, execution, and oversight of mission-critical IT projects that drive business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
Project Management:
  • Plan, execute, and deliver IT infrastructure projects, including but not limited to data center operations, network/ systems upgrades, replacements and system integrations.
  • Develop project charters, timelines, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Manage project scope, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including internal IT (Systems, Network and Services), BMS, Security, Design and engineering, and operations, as well as external vendors and partners.
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders to communicate progress, resolve issues, and manage expectations effectively.
Technical Oversight:
  • Work closely with technical teams, design consultants to ensure solutions are designed and implemented according to the global It infra standards.
  • Provide technical feedback on lessons learned, improvements on process and or IT designs.
  • Provide leadership in resolving technical challenges, balancing business needs with infrastructure capabilities.
Risk Management:
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop contingency plans and ensure proper escalation of critical issues.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, designs, and status reports.
  • Report progress and key metrics to senior management and stakeholders regularly.

  • 7+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure projects in data center environments
  • Proven experience in delivering large-scale, complex IT projects on time and within budget.
  • Familiarity with data center operations, ITIL frameworks, and agile methodologies
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining focus on key deliverables.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
  • Monday.
