This role is ideal for an early-career project manager who has experience working with Agile teams, software development projects, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Oil & Gas W2 only What You'll Do Manage the full lifecycle of multiple IT projects from initiation through delivery and closure Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders Create and maintain project documentation including schedules, project plans, risk logs, and status reports Track project progress, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes Facilitate project meetings and support requirements gathering sessions Work closely with technical teams to support CI/CD application delivery and integrations Provide regular project updates and executive reporting to stakeholders What You'll Bring 1-4 years of IT project management experience in a technology or software environment Experience working with Agile frameworks and Scrum methodologies Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and business teams Experience with project tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project Strong organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications CAPM or PMP certification Agile certification (Scrum, PMI-ACP, or similar) Experience managing multiple concurrent projects Exposure to CI/CD application delivery environments Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
