Who you are:
As an IT Project Manager I , you are the trailblazer for modernization and transformation in the IT space. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of business systems in support of Lines of Business programs. You will help bring value to the organization by not only spearheading change but by implementing tangible results that our customers can see. You will have the freedom to ask questions and build relationships by working with other teams throughout the organization. Using your inquisitive skills, servant leadership mindset and passion for people, you will help keep the ball rolling on software projects while reporting and presenting to project stakeholders. What you'll do : Responsible for development of project charters, scopes, resource requirements, tasks, dependencies, milestones, and timeline Initiate projects and schedule resources on tasks, status update meetings, and working sessions Conduct meetings and update progress of projects Prepare project reports and present to stake holders Document, assign, and track project issues and escalation of issues Follow established project management methodology and deliverables Ensure projects meet all audit and compliance requirements Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes What you'll need: Proficient in Microsoft computer applications Bachelor's degree preferably with a major or minor in Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience At least two years in an analytical role that involved supervisory functions Excellent oral and writing communications skills Excellent organizational skills and conflict resolution skills Knowledge of project management disciplines

Knowledge of software development lifecycle.
