Summary We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Information Specialist/Administrative Support with a background in Facilities & A/V to support a government agency in Arlington, VA. Responsibilities Manage conference/training room scheduling and event setup. Provide AV/IT support during meetings and troubleshooting equipment issues. Provide support to the CIO/Deputy CIO for system-related IT issues and upgrades Conduct walkthroughs of conference room spaces and training center to check system and equipment function Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures. Provide training and technical assistance to staff. Assist with program evaluation and reporting. Qualifications Active Secret Clearance Bachelor's degree in information management, business, or related field. 10+ years administrative experience Experience in creating and implementing organizational or administrative management policies and procedures Experience evaluating program effectiveness and recommending improvements Experience providing training and technical assistance to staff Experience in information and records management Experience providing onsite technical support, troubleshooting issues with AV equipment during events such as microphone and monitor connectivity, presentations or visual material access Experience setting up conference, board or training rooms Experience with other administrative services like office management, building and facilities management, human resources and/or security Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
